YardTime never opens. Your phone doesn't even need to be unlocked. It's a one-time setup with Apple Shortcuts, and the app walks you through it step by step.

No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, nothing sold. Your status lives in your own iCloud and goes only to your group. We don't run a server, so there's nowhere for it to leak to.
